competition and cant find rent.  You can't expect people to still go looking for housing in a market where there is lack of housing and too many people trying to fight over some dinky azz spot.

I got a flip guy living in daly city and continues to follows the trend till he ended up in stockton.   He said that the black people from daly city left due to high cost of housing and moved to oakland.  Once oakland prices are up there, they continue to moved east and wherever they go, the prices of housing goes up as well.

Now they going to sacramento and after this?  I dunno, they can't go uphill or them rednecks will chase them all out.  I think north to oroville and chico.  I think it is cheaper to live up there where there is no job opportunity but when you are living under the system, you don't care if your area has work.  The government is taking care of them.
