...back in the 90s when they invade other Hmong folks' homes  ...These bad guys look Asian too and I know that area too, just north of the new Christian Life Center church off 99:

With evidences and today's technology, they will get caught eventually 

You can get away with no leads.  That means no eyewitness, no camera, nothing

Home invasion is scary for all parties...If a homewoner shoots and kill one of them, the party just started...  Sure the home owner can get out of it but there is a process that involves and it can get messy. 

Plus you gotta move cuz them thugs will come back to your house and blast you over for revenge.  Plus who wanna live in a house with a dead man's ghost haunting your azz?   See what I mean?  The trouble just started.
