Saving 2 bucks per "fill-up" is a waste of time...IMO..co nsidering how much a fill-up is for most folks these days...That's like going to 7-Eleven, fill-up and get a free Slurpee...

C'mon, if you're going to do something to really help out, do something significant and impactful...es pecially at the federal level...
