Here's why some White folks criticized the way the lobsters are cooked. They expected it to be steamed and boiled whole like at some other American lobster buffets but this is a Chinese buffet so it's cooked Chinese style:

Looks good and presentable. I don’t mind the rules because when it’s self serve, first few people would have huge advantages and the folks behind will luck out.

They complaining that he can't crack the shell even if you give them a nut cracker.  Too slippery they say.

Although the lobster is the main event, it was just alright IMO, 3/5 stars. What stood out was the Dungeness crab, ox tail soup and tripe, and the super star was the sushi but then again, sushi is their specialty..:
