Botched cosmetic tattoo done on a budget leaves Thai woman with four eyebrows

A woman was left with four eyebrows after a botched visit to a budget tattoo shop in Thailand. According to a report from Siam News, Nipapron Meeking, 32 was looking to receive an eyebrow tattoo in preparation for an upcoming trip with friends.

I just don't understand why women would want a tattooed eyebrows. Do they not understand that their skin sagged when they aged? That nice eyebrows is going to look like a frowning mouth.
