Killing a 6 month old boy and injuring three other people?

You get charged with misdemeanor if you live in Chicago and is a black teens (ages 14 and 17).

The two that were caught are being charged with "trespassing" for the killing of the baby boy... Still two more not caught yet and they will never be because the DA will not go after them.

It's great to be young, black and living in a Democrat control city with a black DA... you get away with killing people.

It's common knowledge but since you "don't know anything" (per the neutral PH members)....:

"...if the driver of one of the vehicles was negligent, reckless, or under the influence of drugs or alcohol, they'll likely be charged with vehicular manslaughter or homicide."
