No matter what the prices at the pumps are, we still need to be mobile and with that, we shall pay. We do not like it but with due to them constraints in our typical daily lives required us to get from point A to point B, we will still need to fill up our vehicles. For some, public transportation as shortcuts but for others, public transportation is not even an option.
Fun fact:
One station across the street is 5 cents less than the one from down the block. Your car lets say is needs 10 gallons for a fill up. That is only $0.50 difference. A saving of 50 cents but yet, most people do not see it that way. They must pump the cheapest, always. It is a habit I'm telling you.
