Back in middle and high school, I showered and walked around naked in the boys locker room with no issues at all but I knew some of my classmates were uncomfortable doing that. I am surprised to hear that women are more uncomfortable doing that than men in their respected dressing/locker room though per the clip below as I thought it would be the other way around:

The only scenario where women were more likely to feel awkward was “being naked in a [same gender] changing room”, according to the poll. Of the respondents, 67% of women said they would feel uncomfortable doing this compared to less than half (49%) of men.
