European sausage fest vs. Asian sausage fest from the same place

Asian Wins!!!

And easily too as it's just so much more flavorable IMO.

What the European sausages taste like?

The European sausages in my experiment taste more bland as it has a more singular taste where as the Asian sausages in the same experiment has a multi tastes due to all the herbs added like lemon grass...

Back to Asian sausages, these Laotian ones are pretty good IMO. Bought some, cook it and yum  :
