'Largest jewelry heist in U.S. history': 7 indicted in massive Brink's job

Seven men have been indicted for their involvement in the largest jewelry heist in U.S. history, stealing approximately $100 million worth of jewelry from a Brink's truck in July 2022.
Overview of the Heist
On July 11, 2022, a group of thieves executed a meticulously planned heist at a Brink's truck parked at a rest stop in Lebec, California. The truck was transporting 73 bags filled with gold, diamonds, rubies, emeralds, and luxury watches from an international jewelry show in San Mateo to another event in Pasadena. The suspects followed the truck for about 300 miles before stealing 24 bags while the driver was inside a nearby restaurant.
