Hmmm... interesting. I've never owned a brown/red car... but a few maroon. I've also owned black vehicles but had never had lots of bird dropping on it. As a matter of fact, my white car has more dropping than my black suv.

Speaking of "maroon", I've owned an ivory/maroon color bike. Looks brown in the shade but when the sun shines on it, it sparkles...
