All those European dying from excessive heat... over 1,300 death due to the current heat wave according to WHO. Many are blaming Climate Chang as the culprit. However, if you dig deeper... these excessive death are mostly elderly and Europe's go green limiting AC usage... only 20% of European homes have AC compared to 90% of US homes. This is due to gov't regulation, Climate change initiatives, etc etc

There is also a policy angle. Europe has pledged to become climate neutral by 2050 and a sharp increase in air conditioners will make climate commitments even harder to reach.
But with this excessive death toll... many country believe it probably will not surpassed 2022, when 15,000 death from excessive heat.
