YUP, like the other WI cities/towns, some Oshkosh homes have fence, some don't...

Besides wood, vinyl. and iron, there are homes in Oshkosh that have chain linked fence too like other cities in WI as well as other states

..like this one near North High School and Jackson Street...

Shortly after I left Oshkosh, I saw this torn up big building. Not sure if a tornado passed by but it was tore up...
