Yup, like in the cities and towns in California and other states, some homes in Hugo have fence, some don't....FACT!

I estimated 99% of the folks I saw there were White so yeah, many of them could be "French"...

There's been killings in Minnesota. So, I don't think it's a good idea
to be there for the moment. Or at least don't go places alone. Best
