The more I think of the story, the more I just feel so sorry for the both of them.
He must have felt some sort of remorse after shooting her, since he tried to get help. Yet, at the same time, I can't help but think that if she never recovers from this, that it would have been better if he had just let her die. (Not that I want her dead. It should have never happened period. )
If you knew him, you're opinion may change. The situation itself is sad but our intervention was useless so i stepped aside. He had plenty of chances to turn around. The only person I feel for is his son who is 3 or 4.
