These are a few I've seen that I thought was good.  I've seen more but they weren't worth mentioning.

My favorite so far out of the bunch is One Piece.  I love the Wii game & the series itself.

Berserk - I can't believe y'all didn't mention it. 
Gundam - I love Mecha anime.  I've seen all the Gundam anime.  I have yet to watch the live action G Saviour since it's EU made and probably won't ever.
Basilisk - I thought it was a great anime
Tekkaman - Tekkaman vs Guyver, hmmmm...who will win? 
Bubble Crisis 2040 - Can't beat girls in power suits.
Gunbuster - chicks and robots yo
Hokuto No Ken - a classic, this anime is in it's own league.  The ovas are just as great.

On a serious note.  Basilisk was awesome there is a movie made after it called Shinobi check it out if you haven't yet.  okay now I gotta go check out Berserk.  Lata!
