The rewards of a discipline life is great, but it is often delayed until some time in the future.

The rewards for lack of discipline are immediate, but they are minor in comparison to the rewards of consistent self discipline.

The rewards for lack of discipline is a day at the beach, while the rewards of discipline is owning the beach.

3 Steps to Consistent Self Discipline

1. Realizing that discipline isn't the easiest option
2. Discipline is a full-time activity
3. For every discipline effort, there holds multiple rewards

Your consistent self discipline is the "Magic Catalyst"

Have the ability to dream, well defined and vivid dreams, and then make them come true.  That is how you achieve your dreams.

2.  I lent a hand to the mother of my children.
3.  I focused on the joy of each moment.
