My brother has a message for you.  He asks me to tell you to enjoy everyday of your life, because he can't enjoy his.  He is bedridden for nearly 24/7 and can't take care of himself.  He wishes how he could run across a field filled with flowers, bask in the warmth of the sun or enjoy a stroll around a park or a lake or a walk in the rain. You can do all that so please appreciate what you have you every day.

20 Wise Quotes from the Dalai Lama

1- Happiness is not something ready-made. It comes from your own actions.

2- If you can, help others; if you cannot do that, at least do not harm them.

3- If you want others to be happy, practice compassion. If you want to be happy, practice compassion.

4- My religion is very simple. My religion is kindness.

5- Remember that not getting what you want is sometimes a wonderful stroke of luck.

6- The ultimate authority must always rest with the individual’s own reason and critical analysis.

7- We can live without religion and meditation, but we cannot survive without human affection.

8- We can never obtain peace in the outer world until we make peace with ourselves.

9- Be kind whenever possible. It is always possible.

10- If you have fear of some pain or suffering, you should examine whether there is anything you can do about it. If you can, there is no need to worry about it; if you cannot do anything, then there is also no need to worry.

11- If you don’t love yourself, you cannot love others. You will not be able to love others. If you have no compassion for yourself then you are not able of developing compassion for others.

12- Human potential is the same for all. Your feeling, “I am of no value”, is wrong. Absolutely wrong. You are deceiving yourself. We all have the power of thought – so what are you lacking? If you have willpower, then you can change anything. It is usually said that you are your own master.

13- We must recognize that the suffering of one person or one nation is the suffering of humanity. That the happiness of one person or nation is the happiness of humanity.

14- Through violence, you may ‘solve’ one problem, but you sow the seeds for another.

15- As people alive today, we must consider future generations: a clean environment is a human right like any other. It is therefore part of our responsibility toward others to ensure that the world we pass on is as healthy, if not healthier, than we found it.

16- To conquer oneself is a greater victory than to conquer thousands in a battle.

17- There is a saying in Tibetan, “Tragedy should be utilized as a source of strength.”
No matter what sort of difficulties, how painful experience is, if we lose our hope, that’s our real disaster.

18- The creatures that inhabit this earth-be they human beings or animals-are here to contribute, each in its own particular way, to the beauty and prosperity of the world.

19- A spoon cannot taste of the food it carries. Likewise, a foolish man cannot understand the wise man´s wisdom even if he associates with a sage.

20- In our struggle for freedom, truth is the only weapon we possess.

Richard Branson: 'I don't believe that retirement should be the goal'

Since leaving school at age 16 to start his first business, Virgin Group founder Richard Branson has overseen hundreds of companies and accumulated a fortune of approximately $5 billion.

The self-made billionaire could retire at the drop of a dime — but retirement is the last thing on the 66-year-old's mind.

"I don't believe that retirement should be the goal," he wrote in a recent blog post.

Branson's perspective is inspired by British philosopher Alan Watts, who discouraged people from thinking of life as a journey. A journey implies a destination or some sort of arrival — but no epic "thing" is coming in life, Watts said.

"He explains that traditional systems of education have skewed the meaning of life (towards arriving at a destination) by placing too much importance on progressing through school and college to a career," Branson wrote. "And makes his point by saying that far too many people live to retire and therefore cheat themselves of an exciting existence."

That's why Branson doesn't think retirement should be the goal. "Instead, I think happiness should be," he wrote.

"I've never thought [of] work as work and play as play; to me, it's all living and learning. The way I see it, life is all about striving and growing. I never want to have made it; I want to continue making it!"

I had this thought the other day while watching a cult.  How to tell a false prophet.
1. He will want to have s3x with you or with your wife or your child and tell you that it is God's will.
2. He will want you to do things for him because it is God's will.
3. He will make you fill guilty or worst make you feel like you turned your back on God.
4. He will ask you to close your minds, empty it and believe only what he is teaching you.

A true leader will empower you to love others, everyone good or bad.
A True leader will appreciate your differences, will make you feel good for being who you are.

Have you ever sad that if you had a wish or a magic word to change a heart of a mind, you would use it now.  You do not want to change someone's heart with that wish.  You are hurting, because they have turned their back or throw something at you which you did not expect.  You are not at peace and all you really want is peace.  Peace will come when you rise up inside to attain it.

Towards the end of my marriage, I had some money, but that quickly evaporated.  It evaporated because:
1. I lacked a tested methodology for keeping the money that I had and or increasing it.
2. I lacked the strength of heart required to take command to find objectivity and clarity for a better tomorrow.

That was why I failed.  I failed then, because there was no method,  no heart and no clarity for success.

The next step in the freedom is the freedom of the mind. The Red Sea will will part for that human journey of the freeing of our minds.

This is what happens when you have sick desires that you are weak enough to act on.  It creates pain and suffering in all directions for decades.

Michelle uses Maslow's and the joy of freedom to hijack his followers, or really his victims.  He's a false prophet.
