There are a lot of levels to homelessness.

These homes are built for a family who can try to do better once they have housing.

Even if you give an alcoholic homeless a home, he will still be an alcoholic that doesn't want to do any better.

Lol naw man

Let me tell you how to solve the homeless
Because i own over 10,000+ home
And feel like i got the best knowledge and solution

Before you start calling me a liar
How I don’t owe 10,000 home+++

Let me tell you
I am an investor and 10% of portfolio is in REIT
I put my money in a home mangerment group along with other investors

You get the point

Anyway
What im trying to say is
There plenty of empty home
But us investors are screwing and driving up the prices

My solution:  REIT can’t be an investment
And one house per family

Here in the bay, we have homeless workers that their salary may be more than you and I.  It is not because they can't afford housing but refuses to pay $3000 a month for a place.  They line up Google streets n just live off their car or rv.  High tech companies have showers and gym so no need for room n board necessity.

Can be done and save up a bunch of money to come up to buy a decent house in the valley for 1/3 the cost and then just commute to wk.

Homeless but yet, richer than u n I.

These people makes good project management cuz they got the living situation down.  There's even a YouTube azn gal that teaches you how to live out your car.

Not for all but then again, even camping is not for all either.

How about everyone work together to cut the homeless in half in 2021. **Pun intended, joke intended as well**

Not a bad idea.

All we have to do is vote Dems straight (sorry, I mean across the line... I don't want to offend any GQ-BLT crowd). They promise free healthcare, free education, free money to everyone if we all voted for them. No more healthcare cost, no more homelessness, no more worry about money, etc. We will all be equal with no gender differences...

https://www.cnbc.com/2026/01/07/trump-housing-affordability.html

President Donald Trump said the U.S. should bar large institutional investors from buying single-family homes, arguing that corporate ownership has helped push housing further out of reach for everyday Americans.

“For a very long time, buying and owning a home was considered the pinnacle of the American Dream. It was the reward for working hard, and doing the right thing, but now, because of the Record High Inflation caused by Joe Biden and the Democrats in Congress, that American Dream is increasingly out of reach for far too many people, especially younger Americans,” Trump said in a Truth Social post Wednesday.

The real villain is looking at you.  The last hero was just not true.  If everything works out in the end.  It's because all things make amends.
