It's always others fault i.e., "PH is ganging up on me", "The mods and admins practice favoritism", "the mods and their friends is going to beat me up, should I call the police"...boo hoo hoo...even though he brought it upon himself via his "negative" (per the neutral PH members) behaviors and LIES...

All the "negative" behaviors and LIES the neutral PH members pointed out is from what he put out there so he only has himself to blame..

Should've just complete the 12 steps like most of us folks with common sense..No one is perfect but those with common sense can admit and take ownership of their mistakes and learn from it. Some are just beyond help...
