You are not the only hmong. My best hmong bud and his father buys tundras like you. His father has 2 thundras, one was a gift for his retirement and his kids all pitched in and bought him that. He also has a 4 runner, Honda accord. Now if you have 4 vehicles, one or all 3 will get neglected. It doesn't get much air time so it is just sitting there while you pay the tag and insurance and mortgage on it.
Now his son is the same chit. He got a beater that he commutes to work and a brand new TRD pro sitting in his garage. You want to know how many time I have sat in his TRD pro? maybe 3 times and that is about how much times he takes it out on a fishing trip with me.
I don't get attach to materialistic things. I have learned the value at a younger age. I go by the rule "either use it or lose it" and it is true for me. Like when I was younger, in college, my vehicle has AC. I never use it on myself or the homies but with driving a female, yes i will use it. It too doesn't get much air time because dating women was hard to come by for me so eventually, the air compressor dies out and there goes my AC.
Lesson here is to use it and enjoy it while it is still there. Everything gets old so there is no need to babysit it like it is still brand new. By next year, the new model comes out and your baby is now a has been. I'd be pissed, paying for a vehicle and not driving it. You buy it to drive, not park and look at it. Makes no cot dayam sense to me.
