If Geico ends up paying, insurance companies are going to restrict uses of vehicles they insure. So, can't take vehicles out on dates, can't transport a lover or any friend who might be the opposite sex or--if lesbian or gay, can't transport same-sex friends--can't transport spouses, can't transport someone you know has STD, etc.

Geico had a chance to pay less but denied the claim. I'd say although it's a frivolous claim but they could've done more and paid less in the long run.

They’ll make it harder to get car insurance after this. Can they do the same for guns too, please?
