$25 to start for janitorial position at my employment. 

-10 payed holidays plus your birthday and chinese new year and now Juneteenth off
-Medical, dental, vision all payed by the company.  Nothing is being deducted from your paycheck.  If you ride with your wife's insurance, the company will take the fees it pays your health insurance and put it into your paycheck about $400 a month.  Our married guys take that money and pay their new car's monthly.  It is as though the company is paying for their new car. 
-No need to match 401k.  The company max out your 401K for the year and give it to you for free.  After 5 years of employment, you can then cash out or just let it ride till your retirement.
-Lots of lunch and snacks events at the cost of the company
-Annual bonus for christmas is around $3000 check after tax.  Come pick it up at our annual christmas party as we booked out the 5 stars hyatt hotel and throw a big party with raffles prizes of trips around the world and apple laptops and phones and gadgets. 
-300 hours max for your PTO with 8 free PTO hours every 2 weeks on the bi weekly payroll.  So in other words, you can work 4 days and get payed 5 by using that PTO.  You can also take the option to sell your PTO without big tax penalty. 
-Free charging station for your electric vehicles
-free flu shots and boosters and all that good vaccine stuff coming to campus

Best of all, janitors all have their own personal office spaces.  They worked 3 hours total and get payed for 8 hours it seems.
