City of Chicago Towed Nearly 250 Cars on First Night of Winter Parking Ban

Each owner will pay a minimum of $235 for the crime of parking their car on the street, regardless of snow being on the ground. Chicago put its winter parking ban into effect on December 1—and towed nearly 250 cars for breaking the rules on the first night alone.
