‘Families were cheated’: Low-income Americans are about to receive $40.6M after chicken and tuna 'price-fixing conspiracies' — here's what happened
After reaching legal resolutions with 15 major chicken producers and four big tuna companies — all accused of inflating and manipulating prices — Ferguson's office is now returning $40.6 million in restitution to approximately 402,200 low-income Washington households.

These people will be cheated again... because out of that $40.6millions, the lawyers and gov't will take a big chunk out of that before the people receive a few bucks. Each person will probably get less than $50 to go buy more chicken and tuna.
