Probably due to having feces all over the place, lack of sanitation, etc etc

I once visited that place in the late 2000s, was a beautiful place and even thought about moving there. So, so glad I never jumped on it.

portland, oregan use to be it. the white folks there have staring issues when they see Asians, but its more like a curiousity vibe and not racist vibe..lols a lot of Viets and Chinese there were different. They were well manner and spoke soft..haha then I don't know what happened, but relatives tell me ghetto cali folks moved up in the mid 00's and ruined it all...haha
