Because there is so much all inclusive good food to eat on the ship, afraid you may gain weight?

No worries, there's a really nice gym with an awesome view on board the ship  :

These equipments don't help you lose weight. These things help you burn calories, not lose fats. In order to lose weight, don't eat anything but water, rice, and ginger for two week a half.

Prefer working out outdoor with fresh air? Many folks used this walkway to walk and jog around the ship. Total distance is probably the same size as a typical track.
