Three soldiers killed when car plummets 400 feet off California’s Devil’s Slide

The San Mateo County Coroner's Office confirmed the identities of the victims to PEOPLE: Mohammad Noory, 29, and Angelica Gacho, 28, both from South San Francisco; and Brylyn Aroma, 36, of Fort Riley, Kan. Following this incident, organizer Zabiullah Ibrahimi set up a GoFundMe to cover Noory's funeral expenses.
