Anyone tried the carnivore diet yet?
« on: October 16, 2024, 10:28:28 AM »
I started to, but man... can't just eat only meat. I need something else to wash the meat down with.
Been hard last 2 weeks... just pork, chicken, beef and bacons. I completely stop eating rice but I do occasionally sneak some veggie(onions, garlic, bean sprout, asparagus or broccoli) in with the meat  ;) I was also hard because I was out of town.

There are other ways to get protein if the meat is too much.

Aitkins didn't think about long-term consistency when  he suggested a meat diet.

The  vegans tell you going vegan will take your weight down.

But long-term commitment is also a problem. How long can you
keep detoxifying?

So, do what most Chinese, Vientamese, Japanese, and Korean
families do. Eat just seafoods and other small
portions of meat. Vary the kinds of seafoods on the table. Fish and
crabs. Fish and lobsters and shrimps. Not just one type. No rice.

Who can't go forever with just seafoods and other condiments of your choice?
