i take everything and leave everything on the meat
maybe if it wayyy tooo fat

 

this ain't your fake ass store meat where they trim all the tendon and connecting tissue down
i cook everything
even more delicious with the tendon on

i try not to buy meat from the store
i just go butcher them myself at the farm

i am a old fashioned hmong guy

 

i don’t know about california
but here in wisconsin
farmer tend to butcher and kill their livestock before winter

you can get some good deals

it cost too much to feed cows during the winter
so they kill alot of them during the fall

the one that goes through the winter are mostly pregnant female
once they give birth in the spring
they also kill off alot of female too

  

best time to buy beef is fall and  late spring
