When you're a member, no charge even all the way from Germany

Lost a couple of small pieces, email them, they verify my wife's membership and then send it to my wife just like that. I imagine postage cost more than the pieces via Deutsche Post:

Based on the photos I took when we were in Legoland below, I think they can easily afford to send stuff at the no charge to their members even if it's from Germany to the U.S:
