Juneteen is a fake holiday made up by White Lefties/Demmies to appease the Blacks so they can keep them in the plantation longer.

And it has played out just like what LBJ said... give them a little bit at a time and keep them from getting uppity but voting Dems. However, a lot of Blacks are waking up and leaving the Dem party.
