Do anyone know... don't google it first.

Here are the three branches of the US government:
Legislative - creates laws
Judicial - interprets laws, applies them to individual cases, and determines the legality of laws or actions based on the U.S. Constitution.
Executive - implement, enforcing, and administering federal laws.

So, what branch do you think law enforcement falls under?

According to this Sheriff... law enforcements falls under the Judicial Branch.
