Did I saw something that most people don't?

Not sure if it's true or not because we don't have all the facts but this:

"Through surveillance and intelligence information, law enforcement concluded sexual predator targets had ties to the property. The US citizen was at house when the warrant was served. The individual refused to be fingerprinted or facially ID’d. As with any law enforcement agency, it is standard protocol to hold all individuals in a house of an operation for safety of the public and law enforcement.” - DHS alleged.

If this is a lie, who gave them the warrant? What kind of warrant - arrest or search? And if they truly have a valid warrant, they have the right to entered that house without consent under the 4th Amendment and detained everyone inside until everything is sorted out. It does not matter what the people are wearing or doing... if you're naked, they could just put a towel on you and lead you out. Who knows, maybe this old dude had previous sexual misconduct or one of his family member did - We don't know that because not much is revealed.

People automatically assume that ICE agent, federal agent can't touch you if you're a citizen... and that's just BS. Citizens are no different from illegals when it comes to crimes. Illegals will be deported and citizens will be prosecuted.

Again, we don't have all the information just a article from MSM and we've seen these MSM often pushed false narratives for clicks. Like the story about ICE arresting a child and his father in, you guess it, MN... as it turns out, the mother didn't want anything to do with the father or the child. Without any choice, they had to take both.

From New York Times:
Federal agents returned Mr. Thao to his home more than an hour after taking him into custody, having concluded that he was a United States citizen without a criminal record. The Department of Homeland Security later said its agents had been seeking two convicted sex offenders when they came to the home.
Mr. Thao’s family said those men did not live at the house. One of them had been serving time in state prison since 2024.

Mr. Thao’s family has said that it “categorically disputes” that account. Mr. Thao has said agents pointed guns at him and his relatives and swiftly took him into custody without allowing him to get dressed.

Mr. Choi (the lawyer) said there was no evidence that federal agents had a judicial warrant to enter Mr. Thao’s house.

Again, I didn't vote for this.
