EEOC is suing a women's retreat because men were not invited.  I didn't vote for this but some people did.

On the news today, US citizens now require Visa to visit UK.  I didn't vote for this but some of you did.  Our country standing going down in the world.

Lady is just crying because these events are limiting now as compared to previous years... EEOC is going after company sponsored events that is base on sex, race, genders. They are not specifically going after the event in itself. Now, if a bunch of women CEO, business owners, etc etc. create some club for women only, etc etc there wouldn't be a problem. e.g. a woman business owner bought an island and created a women only retreat (SuperShe Island)... no one cried about it. It went out of business and island was sold in 2023 because not enough women supported it.

In the view of EEOC Chair Andrea Lucas, employer-sponsored "sex-segregated" networking, training or development events or "new girls clubs" are no better than the "old boys clubs" that came before them. - ABC, noticed: EEOC chair is a woman.

Uh... I call BS on this one. As of Feb. 20, 2026... US Citizens do not need a Visa for short term tourism or business trip. However, all US citizens will need a UK ETA. The ETA is require for all EU citizens and US citizens. You will need a visa if you have a criminal record and been denied entry into the UK in the past. The US is also requiring ETA from visitors of visa exempt countries.

This has nothing to do with the US standing with UK or other countries. And it is not just the UK doing it... countries like Canada, New Zealand, Australia, etc.  all require ETA from visa exempt countries. The EU will soon require the ETIAS (ETA) authorization for 30 European countries.
