I'm thinking she must be a Mexican. I went through her profile on FB and she definitely has the look of Hispanic/Latino. Who else doesn't wear cowgirl boots in her photo. Lol

These Mexicans especially Cholo (guys) and Chola (girls) wear d!<k!e pant, tank top white shirt, colored bandana around their head do like Hmong people. There's a time Hmong people tried to find a perfect spot to park their car but they couldn't find one. So the Cholo were kind enough to allow them to park on their driveway. That way the Hmong would just walk around the neighborhood and walk through the parking lot near the entrance of HMNY.
