yes, i tell the youngsters all the time...when you're a rookie, you gotta learn the ropes...back up, reserve list, you take whatever minutes you get...LOL

Once you master the game...looking for a serious role....then you can't settle for anything less that 1st choice....in fact, there should not even be anything below the first line...you got to be the one and only, or it's time for a career change.....LOL
