Sunrain doesn't MN have an Hmong Arts and Music Festival that goes on in the summer?

I've no clue but there might be.  I guess gotta keep in touch with the Hmong people, guess that's why I'm here.

I just saw the Line Up and there is really only two people I want to see:  Proto J and Julie from Whyteshadow.  Is the Line Up all that there will be at the HMF?
