Mine are probably not dry enough when I put them in the oven because they always come out a little soggy. I don't get the crunch factor. I guess I'll have to let them dry fully. I'm gonna make some tonight.
Sounds like that's the case.  I don't usually have to worry about patting things dry anymore.  I have a nuwave oven; I love that beast.  It'll dehydrate the fukc out of anything I put in it.

What is your workout routine?
I switch out between 15 minutes of jogging or 30 minutes of lifting in the morning.  Sometimes I just sleep and pretend I went to work out.  It really depends on how early I wake up, otherwise I'll do this during my lunch.  I try to avoid going during the evenings because it's always so packed.

I make turkey patties and bake my own whole wheat buns for a healthier alternative.

Wow that looks good....

During lunch? How long is your lunch break then?

Technically it's one hour, but my job is pretty flexible.

I've been telling myself I was going to make a bulk meal at the start of each week and portion it.  I've finally stopped putting it off and made myself a bulk meal.

I've got quinoa (dash of sea salt)
quarter chicken breast
tofu and spinach
half a tomato baked and topped with feta cheese, rosemary, thyme, black pepper.

Total cooking time was about half an hour.  I use extra firm tofu and squash it under something heavy for about three hours so if you want to count that then the total prep time would be 3.5 hours.

That looks really good. I tried making my own bulk food but I never like them :(  the only think I like to eat is fry ground turkey with no oil or salt, brown rice and veggie.

It's not too bad if you switch up what you're snacking on in between.

For this week I have planned out:
Monday: granola bar and almonds
Tuesday: apple and carrot sticks
Wednesday: granola bar and carrot sticks
Thursday: blackberries and apple
Friday:  almonds and black berries

I need to plan my diet like this too. Usually grab whatever in between breaks or don't snack at all.
