Why are you worry? You're a Christian. Last Friday I saw a black snake in my backyard, it was pretty long but not big. I was shock because I never imagine there would be snake in my backyard. But around this Spring time I guess it's common. We have many lizards floating around our house too. Nothing to worry about it.

I guess it's so much about religion. It's more of superstition. It's like finding a four leaf clover. If you really in the good of that, it might just bring you good luck. In this case, if you believe that the bird will bring you bad luck, it might just happen. So don't worry too much about the bird, or you might just pull bad luck on to yourself.

I thought you meant "bird flu."

Anyway, usually, if wild animals such as sparrows and not domestic animals such as chickens come into your house, it's a bad omen, according to Hmong beliefs in Laos.
