1 Cup
Drill 2 holes, on opposite sides, 1/4" in diameter

Test #1

Cover the 2 holes with fingers
Fill with water
Place on level surface (not prerequisite)
Uncover holes by removing finger
Water will pour out of holes due to Gravity

Test #2

Cover the 2 holes with fingers.
Fill with water
Drop cup at shoulder height (not prerequisite) by releasing fingers covering 2 holes
Cup and water will fall, with no water pouring out through 2 holes

Newton's 2nd Law
Fnet=m*a

Acceleration of Gravity on Earth
9.8 m/s/s
a=change in velocity/Time

Earth's Gravitational Field Strength
9.8N/kg
a=Fnet/m

I went through all 15k posts and those 2 quotes I found were the only ones so I guess that would make it "everytime".  Feel free to go through all 15k posts and verify by quoting them all.  You need to quote them all to verifying prove "everytime".   Please verify that Im wrong.
