There is/are no (authorized) electronic copy to my knowledge, unless someone "magically" scanned the pamphlet and posted it on a website, or FB, or internet-wherever.

If you want a hardcopy, your best bet is to go to their office and request a copy.  (Typically, a $20 donation is expected for an official copy.  They call it a donation, but in fact, you are paying for it.)

(No, I do not have a hardcopy though I did try to acquire one once.  They were out  ...   :icon_scratch: And then I lost the patience (desire) to keep asking/requesting for an out-of-stock publication  ... :headbang:)

FYI --  The primary usage of the pamphlet are the suggested (recommended) set prices for a traditional Hmong wedding, totaling $7,800.  Yes, that is everything -- all inclusive, including the "bride price".  The "bride price" itself is only $5K, incase anyone is wondering.

***  You do know it is written entirely in "Ntawv Hmoob" right?
