Should we try out for League of Legends team to compete in NA?

Hello my League players. I know many of you play or know of friends or families who are League Players. Do you think that we should get all the Hmong League Players and pick out like 10 best players and put them on a team and play in tournaments? You know... Get our Hmong name out there. I have been playing ever since S1.  I can play all roles, but my weakest is Jungle. My strongest role is Support. I can play from many champs from Alistar to Volibear. If you would like to add me, Rikgon. I don't try to go for rank because in solo que, it's hard to get higher ranks unless you get great players. So I am still bronze 1. We'll see who this goes.
