The blue porshe is not a boxter...
Anyways... The bixster nowadays is on par with the 911, in terms of price and performance depending on what trim you get. Brand new it isn't what you'd call cheap or a poor man's ...now a 5-7 year old used one is affordable...s ame goes for the Cayman
Again, no one said it was. I was just pointing out the bug eye design that I have no love for. But you know what, opinions vary like most subjective things so some like it, some don't.
And it's not just me that doesn't like the Porsche designs, just look at this link (even the Porsche CEO chimed in about how it is "ugly"):
https://search.yahoo.com/yhs/search?p=porsche+are+ugly&ei=UTF-8&hspart=mozilla&hsimp=yhs-002For owners like Dark Helmet, if it's what you want, you should not be too concern about what others think. I owned my fair share of bikes and cars over the years and I've received good and bad comments about it but it doesn't matter to me either way because it's what I want.
As far as the "poor man's" thing goes, it applies to pretty much what ever the low end model(s) are. Kind of like how the Sportster is the poor man's Harley and the Monster is the poor man's Ducati...
But regardless of price/brand/model, if the owner is happy with his/her choice, that's all that should matter..
