Run like new...  O0 No knocking yet and engine sound smooth. A guy I found online has rebuild his 1.8L and it sound much like his rebuild engine... Only problem now is a bit of oil leak. I have use Valvoline High Mileage sytec blend 10W 40. Will see if it still leak or will try the oil leak from ebay. Might go for 20w 50... Seem like it is leaking under the oil pan area. Not that much since I don't see any drop from the ground. Also doesn't feel like it is eating oil inside the engine. Guy told me can be valve gasket. Told me about the oil leak sealant from ebay...  O0

My teggie has 170+k, still runs great, no leaks no oil burn.  I'm not driving it now though.

I'm sure it'll last till 300k as well.

I went through all 15k posts and those 2 quotes I found were the only ones so I guess that would make it "everytime".  Feel free to go through all 15k posts and verify by quoting them all.  You need to quote them all to verifying prove "everytime".   Please verify that Im wrong.

My parents had a 1990 Honda Accord that has 220,000 miles and it could have lived longer if my sister did drive it until the timing belt came off. :(

My mom also had a Dodge Caravan that nearly 200,000 miles as well before we sold it for a new van.

My 1998 4Runner has 400,000+ miles.  Original engine (22R) and tranny.  Still runs like a champ.

There is a hmong kid in here with 300k+ miles and 400+WHP on his SC300.  Now that's impressive.  O0

I was at 280k on my SC300 with complete bolt-ons minus turbo kit.  My IS300 is approaching 190k & runs like new, everything works including heat & AC.  O0

My old 1991 Celica ST had 260k miles before it got into an accident.  Sold it to my uncle who fixed it and DD'd it for a while before selling it.  90's Toyota cars were the best the company will ever produce.

When we arrived to the U.S. in the 70s, many of the Hmong people that bought cars bought American cars because it was bigger than Japanese cars and thus, it was more practical for their bigger than average family.

As time goes, more and more Hmong converted to Toyota, Datsun, etc., because Japanese cars were way more reliable on average...

I posted about a 2007 Tundra that has 1 million miles recently. That Tundra still has all of its' original major components and the owner said it still drives like new...
