I'm just as clueless as you if you're referring to the exact phrase passed down on generations after generation. I can never memorize them as I have verbal/textual handicaps. I believe a simple thank you and whatever praise you come up with will be more than suffice before bowing down, usually 3 times...

I have the old school words but it's too complex. I just need a modern version of it so it's easier to remember.
