I've not done any legs exercise for the longest time and thought I'll get back to it again this last Sat.
What I did... squat, lunges and side step lunges... repeat.
Squat: 3 sets/15reps of 100lbs, 125lbs & 150 lbs
dumbbell lunges: 3 sets/15reps of 50lbs, 60lbs & 70lbs
dumbbell side step lunges: 3 sets/15 reps of 20lbs, 30lbs & 40lbs
I think I overdid myself... I puked after just two sets.
after 2 hours, I couldn't bend down with my legs. Heck, I couldn't even raise my legs.
Legs is better today but still sore and stiff... had to use hand rails to walk up/down stairs
