Over sea where the dollar is strong n the tax rate is low.

I think I shall live in both countries.  9 months there n 3 here just to keep my residency n paperwork in check.  Typhoon season n I'm heading back to the States to hide out.

I remembered back in the 80s, rent was 100 bux per room and 40k can get you a house made out of bricks.  Cheapest I have seen is my childhood friend apartment.  It was a government project living filled up with other Viets refugees.  No kaydoo.  His mom was paying $25 a month for rent.  If you pay that much, you can save up for a house in no time.

San Francisco (or preferably, Foster City).  Minorities outnumber whites in the bay area, but good luck getting in (unless you're already in).  It's expensive.   O0

Some place warm & cost of living is affordable (not talking about oversea).  My thoughts(s):  Georgia or NC.

Off topic but US News just came out w/ the list for the best states in America.  Check out how yours rank.

our retirement plans and views are different from meka dawb. Meka dawb they tend to want to be alone and quiet. Hmong people are more family oriented and be close to their people, friends, and families. With that being said...CA ;D
