i hate wearing watches because i have very small womanly wrists... but the ease of wearing a watch while jogging is so much easier than carrying my phone... lol!

A couple of my friends have the Fitbit watch.  They really like it because it helps track their activities, since they want to be/get healthier.  It makes them happy too.

nice... you can program the watch through the app so that it'll help you achieve your desired weight by reminding you how much you have left to go...

Here is the thing.  Just like a gym membership, they uses it for a few and they stop using it there after. 

If it helps to motivates you to work out then it's good.  My motivation is my future goal like I got to get that summer body ready for Hawaii beaches.

I was in Southern CA last year and the warm weather allow people to be outdoor often and see many fit people.  I even became "more" fit just being there for a few days...

agreed... decades ago i started to track my finances via spreadsheet and it has allowed to me accumulate wealth...

recently i bought into the concept of tracking my health... hopefully it will yield the same results... lol!

Good for you! I bought one for my daughter and she loves it. It's amazing that one person can walk 10K steps in such a short amount of time.

nice... thanks, these be the flatirons of boulder colorado... i agree... when you're surrounded by people who are fit... it makes you want to be fit... lol!
