Do you really believe that?  You must not understand the lobby system and how powerful they are.  Bernie isn't going to be the nominee because he's a socialist, even though his ideas are decent, but his implementation is unAmerican.  So his own party is going to screw him again.

Exactly why Bernie is not going to win.  The implementation of his idea is unAmerican and would do more harm than good.  I like his idea of free healthcare...I think that's the moral thing to do with limits.

Socialism is unAmerican.  Government takeover of private industry is unAmerican.  The choice to go to the hospital is a personal choice.  The hospital has to treat you.  You'll get a bill for the service because that's how free market work.  If you cannot afford to pay it, CMS under MEDICAID or MEDICARe will pay for it if you qualify.  The system is fully functional, the problem is the levels have not been updated to the 21st century...same is with social security.  The fault does not lie with the party, but with the political system and the money that can go into the political system by the lobbyist.
